500 Ton Economy Plastic Fruit Crate Injection molding Machine
The 530-ton fruit frame injection molding machine designed and produced by OUCO is a cost-effective injection molding machine.
We specially designed the template according to the characteristics of the fruit frame mold. It not only makes the template stress distribution uniform and the deformation small, but also can effectively improve the precision of fruit frame products.
The machine adopts a high-efficiency large-diameter screw design, which greatly improves the plasticizing capacity. Equipped with high wear-resistant double alloy screw barrel, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
This series of injection molding machines are equipped with dual servo motor power control, and the injection speed is fast. It can effectively shorten the product molding cycle and improve production efficiency.
